My beloved disciples, have you ever thought about the significance of the separation of three powers in the civilized countries in the world? Historically speaking, the current system of Separation of three powers was applied to this country through the establishment of the Constitution of Japan of 1946.
I legally tell you that "Separation of three powers" is essentially calculated to reasonably prevent the abuse of power of the State in terms of dividing the power into the following three independent powers, administration, legislation and judiciary.
Now, I'd like to ask you to deliberately think of the following question for your cerebral sake in jurisprudence. Why do we absolutely need to constitutionally maintain this system, separation of three powers?
The answer is that, we the Japanese nationals inevitably need to maintain this system, separation of three powers in order to surely realize what is called “real democracy” under the Constitution of Japan established in 1946. We really need this for the sake of happiness of all of nationals who peacefully dwell in this country civilized to some degree.
